How to make aloe vera oil for faster hair growth and to stop hair loss… To continue receiving my recipes, just say something… Thank you!

If you’re asking whether aloe vera oil can make hair grow faster or stop hair loss, the evidence is much weaker than social-media recipes suggest.

🌿 Aloe vera oil: what it can and can’t do

There are no good human clinical studies showing that aloe vera reliably stops hair loss or increases hair growth. A dermatology review specifically notes that aloe vera has been promoted for hair growth, but human evidence is lacking.

Aloe gel may nevertheless be useful as a scalp moisturizer/soothing ingredient, and healthier, less-irritated skin can make hair care more comfortable. But that’s different from treating the cause of hair loss.

If you still want to make an aloe-based scalp oil

A simple approach is to use commercial, fragrance-free aloe vera gel rather than trying to preserve fresh aloe in homemade oil. You can mix a small amount with a carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba oil and apply a thin layer to the scalp for a short period before washing.

Don’t drink the mixture or consume aloe intended for topical use. Aloe latex/whole-leaf preparations taken orally can cause significant adverse effects.

Also, patch-test first. Topical aloe is generally well tolerated, but burning, itching, rash, and eczema can occur.

🧑‍⚕️ If you’re actually losing hair

Hair loss has many possible causes, and treating the cause is much more effective than relying on a homemade oil. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends getting the cause evaluated, particularly when hair loss is persistent or increasing.

So the claim “aloe vera oil will stop hair loss and make hair grow faster” isn’t established by good evidence. It may condition the scalp and hair, but don’t count on it as a proven hair-regrowth treatment.
