“A recipe to remove all cancer cells and prevent vision loss” — this claim is not medically supported
There is no food, drink, herb, or homemade recipe proven to remove all cancer cells from the body or prevent vision loss. The National Cancer Institute states that no dietary trend, food, vitamin, supplement, herb, or combination has been shown to cure cancer or keep it from returning.
👁️ Cancer and vision loss are separate issues
Vision loss can have many causes, including eye diseases, diabetes, vascular problems, medications, and—in some circumstances—cancer or its treatment. Preventing it depends on identifying the actual cause rather than taking a particular recipe.
🥗 What can food do?
A nutritious, balanced diet is important for general health and can help people maintain strength and nutritional status during cancer treatment. But healthy eating should complement—not replace—evidence-based cancer treatment.
Some supplements and herbs can also interact with cancer medicines and potentially make treatment less effective, so they shouldn’t be started without discussing them with the oncology team.
