🍖 4-Ingredient Slow-Cooker Pork Tenderloin
Tender, flavorful pork with almost no prep—the kind of dinner that tastes like you worked much harder than you did.
Ingredients
1½–2 lb pork tenderloin
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup apple sauce (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
Directions
Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the pork.
Pour in the chicken broth and applesauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for about 3–4 hours, depending on the size of the tenderloin.
Check the thickest part with a meat thermometer. Pork is safe at 145°F (63°C), followed by at least a 3-minute rest.
Slice and spoon the cooking juices over the pork.
🍎 Easy serving ideas
Pair it with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, green beans, or a simple salad.
Tip: Pork tenderloin is quite lean, so avoid cooking it all day on LOW like a large pork shoulder—it can become dry and tough.
