Did you know that eating tomatoes in the evening increases…See More

This is a clickbait-style headline because it deliberately stops at “increases…” to make you curious about the supposed effect.

If the missing claim is that eating tomatoes in the evening increases blood pressure, inflammation, blood sugar, or some other health risk, it shouldn’t be accepted without evidence. Tomatoes are generally a nutritious food, providing lycopene, vitamin C, potassium, and other nutrients, and there isn’t a general rule that tomatoes become harmful simply because they’re eaten in the evening.

One exception is acid reflux/heartburn: tomatoes are acidic and can trigger symptoms in some people, particularly when eaten close to bedtime.

If you send me the rest of the headline or screenshot, I can tell you exactly what it is claiming and whether that claim is true.
