If you’re referring to a common health claim, there isn’t a vitamin proven to rapidly drain swollen ankles. Swelling (edema) can have many causes, including prolonged standing, excess salt, certain medications, vein problems, and heart, kidney, or liver conditions.
Some deficiencies can contribute to swelling in specific circumstances, but taking a vitamin isn’t a reliable quick treatment. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency, for example, can cause edema in severe cases, but supplementation should be based on the underlying cause.
If ankle swelling is new, severe, only on one side, painful/red/warm, or accompanied by shortness of breath or chest pain, seek medical attention promptly because a blood clot or other serious condition needs to be ruled out.
If you saw a claim about a specific vitamin (such as B1, B6, D, or C), tell me which one and I can explain whether the claim is supported by evidence.
