How to use baking soda to remove dark spots, wrinkles and dark circles from your face.

If you’re looking for the baking-soda method, I wouldn’t recommend using baking soda on your face. There is no good evidence that it removes dark spots, wrinkles, or dark circles, and its alkalinity can disrupt the skin barrier.

Safer ways to address each concern
Dark spots: Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every day. Ingredients such as azelaic acid, vitamin C, or retinoids can help fade pigmentation over time.
Wrinkles: Sun protection and a retinoid have much stronger evidence than DIY treatments.
Dark circles: Treatment depends on the cause. Sleep, allergy management, sunscreen, and appropriate skincare may help, but genetic or structural dark circles may not respond to creams.
Avoid DIY acids and abrasives: Baking soda, lemon juice, toothpaste, and similar remedies can irritate the skin and potentially make pigmentation worse.

If you want a simple, inexpensive routine for dark spots + wrinkles + dark circles, I can lay one out using products that are commonly available.
