If you mean how to clean yellowed or dirty bed pillows so they look whiter and smell fresh again, try this:

Check the care label first.
Wash cotton and polyester pillows according to the label. Memory-foam and latex pillows generally shouldn’t be machine-washed.
Pre-treat yellow stains.
Apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent to stained areas and gently work it in. For washable white pillows, an oxygen-based whitening product can help with stubborn discoloration.
Wash and rinse thoroughly.
Use the warmest water permitted by the care label and a normal amount of detergent. An extra rinse can help remove detergent and body-oil residue.
Dry completely.
Tumble-dry on the appropriate setting, fluffing the pillows periodically, or air-dry if permitted. Never put pillows away while damp, as trapped moisture can cause mildew and odors.

For a fresher smell: washing and thorough drying are more reliable than heavily fragrancing the pillow. A clean pillow protector underneath the pillowcase can also help prevent future yellowing.
