My rosemary powder; just a pinch is enough to transform your baked potatoes or chicken into a delicious dish. I’ll leave the SUPER-QUICK recipe in the comments.

This

is essentially a social-media food teaser. The idea is that a small amount of rosemary can dramatically improve simple dishes such as baked potatoes or roasted chicken.

A few useful details:

  • Rosemary powder is concentrated, so a small amount can be enough. Too much can make a dish bitter or overpowering.
  • For 500 g (about 1.1 lb) potatoes, start with roughly ½–1 teaspoon rosemary powder.
  • For 500 g chicken, about ½–1 teaspoon is a good starting point, depending on how strong you like the flavor.
  • Rosemary pairs especially well with garlic, black pepper, paprika, lemon, olive oil, and salt.
  • If using rosemary powder, mix it with the oil and seasonings first so it distributes evenly instead of forming concentrated patches.

Super-quick rosemary potatoes

Toss 500 g potato chunks with 1–2 tablespoons olive oil, ½–1 teaspoon rosemary powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them in a single layer and roast at 220°C / 425°F until golden and crisp, turning once halfway through.

For chicken, rub the same rosemary-garlic-oil seasoning over the chicken before roasting.

The original wording—“just a pinch is enough to transform…”—is fine as a catchy caption, but “transform” is promotional language rather than a measurable health claim. The main benefit of rosemary powder here is simply its strong, aromatic flavor.
