“These Seeds Destroy Even the Deadliest Disease” — Be Skeptical
That headline is far too strong. No seed has been proven to “destroy” every deadly disease, and there is no food that should replace evidence-based medical treatment.
Seeds can absolutely be nutritious. Many provide fiber, healthy fats, protein, minerals, and plant compounds, and including a variety of seeds in a balanced diet can be a healthy choice. But laboratory findings or small studies don’t prove that eating a particular seed can cure a disease.

For cancer specifically, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states that no complementary health approach has been shown to prevent or cure cancer. Unproven products can also interfere with treatment or cause harm if they lead someone to delay effective care.

Tell me which seeds it claims can “destroy” disease—for example, flax, chia, pumpkin, black seed, sesame, or grape seeds—and I can fact-check the specific claim, including what human studies actually show and any medication risks.
