Bleach is tricky because it usually removes the fabric’s dye rather than leaving a removable stain. So you generally can’t “wash” a bleach mark away—but you can sometimes disguise or recolor it.
2 simple tricks

For small bleach spots: use a fabric marker

Choose a permanent fabric marker that closely matches the garment.

Test the color on an inconspicuous area first.

Dab or lightly color the bleached area rather than saturating it.

Let it dry and wash according to the garment’s care label.

For larger areas: re-dye the garment

Choose a fabric dye compatible with the material.

If the bleach has damaged the fibers as well as the color, dyeing may not completely restore the garment.

Follow the dye manufacturer’s instructions and check the care label before treating the fabric.

Important
Don’t mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia, alcohol, or other household cleaners—dangerous gases or reactions can result.
If the bleach spot is fresh, rinse the fabric thoroughly with plenty of cool water first. This removes residual bleach and helps prevent further fiber damage.
