Ingredients
1½ lb (700 g) raw chicken tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Put the raw chicken tenderloins in a baking dish.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, honey, and soy sauce.
Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spread the tenderloins into a single layer.
Bake for about 15–20 minutes, depending on their thickness.
Check the thickest piece with a food thermometer. The chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
Let it rest for 3–5 minutes, then serve.
