A simple one-dish chicken dinner with tender chicken and a flavorful, creamy sauce.

Ingredients
1½ lb raw chicken tenderloins
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9Ɨ13-inch glass casserole dish.
Arrange the raw chicken tenderloins in a single layer.
Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles to soak up the sauce.

Food-safety tip: Don’t rely on cooking time alone when baking chicken. Use a food thermometer and make sure the thickest piece reaches 165°F (74°C).
