7 signs that indicate your heart is in serious danger

❤️ 7 Signs Your Heart May Need Urgent Attention

These symptoms don’t necessarily mean your heart is failing or in serious danger, but some can indicate a heart attack, dangerous rhythm, or another cardiovascular problem.

Chest pressure, squeezing, or pain — especially if it lasts several minutes or comes and goes.
Shortness of breath — particularly if it’s sudden, severe, or occurs at rest.
Pain spreading to the arm, shoulder, back, neck, jaw, or upper abdomen — a possible heart-attack symptom.
Fainting or nearly fainting — can sometimes indicate an abnormal heart rhythm or reduced blood flow.
Sudden or persistent rapid/irregular heartbeat — especially with dizziness, chest discomfort, or breathlessness.
Unusual severe fatigue or weakness — particularly when new or accompanied by other symptoms.
New swelling in the legs, ankles, or feet — especially when accompanied by breathlessness, which can occur with heart failure.
🚨 Don’t wait with emergency symptoms

If you’re experiencing chest pressure/pain, severe difficulty breathing, fainting, or symptoms suggestive of a heart attack right now, call your local emergency service immediately. Don’t drive yourself to the hospital.

Heart problems can occur without obvious warning signs, so regular blood-pressure, cholesterol, blood-sugar, and cardiovascular-risk checks are also important.
