There isn’t a single plant that has been scientifically shown to cure diseases of the liver, eyes, kidneys, intestines, heart, and bones all at once. Claims that one herb “cures everything” are a red flag.
Some plants can have specific, evidence-supported uses—for example, psyllium can help with constipation and cholesterol—but that is very different from curing multiple organ diseases.
