There isn’t a single herb proven to “destroy” parasites, urinary/bladder infections, herpes, and flu viruses. These are different infections requiring different treatments, and claims that one herb cures all four are misleading.
UTIs/bladder infections: bacterial infections may require an appropriate antibiotic, particularly if symptoms are significant or persistent. Cranberry may help prevent some recurrent UTIs but doesn’t treat an established infection.
Herpes: antiviral medicines such as acyclovir, valacyclovir, or famciclovir can shorten outbreaks and reduce transmission risk; herbs haven’t been shown to eradicate herpes.
Influenza: antiviral treatment such as oseltamivir can be useful for certain people, especially when started early. Herbs aren’t a substitute for proven treatment.
Parasites: treatment depends entirely on the parasite; different parasites require different medications.
