Scratches on glasses: don’t waste money: apply a little and they’ll disappear instantly.

If you mean scratches on eyeglasses, be careful with viral “instant fix” remedies. There is no household substance that can reliably make a real scratch disappear instantly.

What you can safely do
Clean the lenses first with lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry with a clean microfiber cloth. Sometimes what looks like a scratch is actually dried residue.
Don’t use toothpaste, baking soda, glass polish, or abrasive cleaners. They can remove or damage lens coatings and may make the lenses look worse.
Don’t try to buff the scratch away. With prescription lenses, removing material can distort the optics.
If the scratch is significant, the practical solution is usually replacing the lenses. If they’re new, check whether the optician or manufacturer has a scratch/coating warranty.

If you mean scratches on a glass table, window, or phone screen rather than eyeglasses, tell me which one—the safest method is different.
