That’s a clickbait-style cleaning headline. The missing “ingredient” can’t be identified from the sentence alone, and the claim that one ingredient will keep a floor clean for an entire week is likely exaggerated.
A simple, safer floor-cleaning mixture
For sealed tile, vinyl, or other water-resistant floors, you can use:

4 liters (about 1 gallon) of warm water

1–2 tablespoons of mild dish soap
Mix in a bucket, then mop with a well-wrung mop. Avoid leaving excess water on the floor.
Be careful with viral cleaning recipes
Don’t add bleach, vinegar, ammonia, or other strong cleaners to an unknown mixture. Never mix bleach with vinegar or ammonia, as dangerous gases can form.
