Just 1 tablespoon in the morning loosens “stuck stool” and reduces belly bloat!

If the “1 tablespoon in the morning” claim you’re seeing is about a particular ingredient, the ingredient matters. There is no single tablespoon-sized food that reliably “unsticks” the colon or melts away belly fat.

For constipation and bloating, a tablespoon of psyllium husk (ispaghula) is one possibility with actual evidence behind it:

  • It is a soluble fiber that absorbs water and forms a gel, helping make stool softer and easier to pass.

  • It may improve regularity over several days rather than producing an instant “colon cleanse.”

  • It must be taken with plenty of water. Taking fiber without enough fluid can make constipation worse or, rarely, cause obstruction.

  • Start with a smaller amount if you aren’t accustomed to fiber, because increasing it quickly can temporarily cause gas and bloating.

If the claim is actually about olive oil, castor oil, chia seeds, flaxseed, apple-cider vinegar, or another ingredient, tell me which one. I can explain whether the one-tablespoon claim is supported, the appropriate way to use it, and the potential risks.
