Did you know that having visible veins means you are… See more

If you’re asking what that clickbait sentence is getting at: visible veins do not automatically mean something is wrong.

Prominent veins can be completely normal, especially when you have:

  • Lower body fat or more muscle

  • Naturally prominent superficial veins

  • Recently exercised or increased blood flow

  • Hot weather, which can dilate blood vessels

  • Temporary dehydration

What matters is a new or unusual change. A vein that suddenly becomes prominent along with pain, redness, warmth, swelling, or tenderness—particularly in one leg—should be medically evaluated.

If you share the rest of the “See more” post, I can explain whether its claim is medically accurate.
