💧 Drinking Water on an Empty Stomach: What Does It Actually Do?

Drinking water first thing in the morning is generally safe and healthy, but social-media claims often exaggerate its effects.

  • May help you feel more alert: Mild dehydration can contribute to fatigue or headache, so replacing fluids may help.
