🦴 “Take 2 Tablespoons in the Morning and Say Goodbye to Bone, Nerve & Cartilage Pain”

This is a classic miracle-remedy claim. The missing ingredient matters, but regardless of whether the post is referring to chia seeds, gelatin, apple cider vinegar, flaxseed, or another food, there’s no good evidence that taking two tablespoons every morning will make bone, nerve, and cartilage pain disappear.

Why the claim is questionable
Bone pain can have many causes, including injury, osteoporosis, infection, medication effects, or other medical conditions.
Nerve pain can result from diabetes, nerve compression, vitamin deficiencies, medications, and neurological disorders.
Cartilage/joint pain can be related to osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis, injury, or other conditions.

These problems have different underlying mechanisms, so one food is very unlikely to treat all three.

🌱 What can actually help?

Depending on the cause, evidence-based approaches may include appropriate physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, adequate protein and nutrients, physical therapy, and specific medications or treatments recommended by a healthcare professional.

If the mystery ingredient is a nutritional food, it may be perfectly reasonable as part of a balanced diet—but that is very different from being a treatment.

Don’t delay medical evaluation for persistent, severe, or unexplained bone or nerve pain, particularly if you have weakness, numbness, swelling, fever, unexplained weight loss, or difficulty walking.

If you send me the ingredient that the post says to take two tablespoons of, I’ll tell you whether there’s any evidence behind that particular remedy and whether two tablespoons is safe.
