Simple drink recipe for zero cholesterol and arthritis

If you mean a simple drink that is cholesterol-friendly and may help support joint health, there isn’t a drink that contains literally “zero cholesterol” and treats arthritis. But you can make a nutritious option with no dietary cholesterol.

🥤 Ginger–Berry Anti-Inflammatory Drink

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened soy milk or almond milk
½ cup blueberries or strawberries
½–1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
A squeeze of lemon
Ice, if desired

Blend everything until smooth.

Why these ingredients?

Berries provide polyphenols and fiber.
Ground flaxseed provides soluble fiber and plant omega-3 (ALA), which can be helpful as part of a heart-healthy diet.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and may provide modest relief for some people with osteoarthritis.
Using an unsweetened plant milk keeps the drink free of dietary cholesterol.

For cholesterol, the bigger impact comes from your overall diet, especially reducing saturated fat and increasing soluble fiber. For arthritis, diet can support health but doesn’t replace medical treatment.

If you tell me whether you have high cholesterol, osteoarthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis, I can give you a more appropriate daily drink recipe.
