DON’T TOSS YOUR SQUEEZED LEMONS! 😱🍋 Here’s a genius way to reuse them!

🍋 Don’t Toss Your Squeezed Lemons!

Those leftover lemon halves still contain plenty of scent and cleaning power. Here’s an easy way to give them a second life:

Lemon-Scented Cleaning Boost
Put your squeezed lemon halves into a bowl or jar.
Add enough white vinegar to cover them.
Let the mixture sit for 1–2 weeks in a sealed container.
Strain the liquid and dilute it with an equal amount of water.
Use it on suitable hard, non-porous surfaces to help cut grease and remove odors.
⚠️ A few important cautions
Never mix vinegar with bleach or bleach-containing cleaners—dangerous chlorine gas can form.
Don’t use acidic cleaners on marble, limestone, granite, or other acid-sensitive stone, as they can etch the surface.
Test on an inconspicuous area first.
Don’t use homemade cleaners as disinfectants unless their effectiveness against specific germs has been established.

You can also simply rub a squeezed lemon half over a cutting board or stainless-steel sink, then rinse thoroughly.

A little leftover lemon can go a long way! 🍋✨
