Throw raw chicken tenderloins

If you mean a throw-together raw chicken tenderloin recipe, here’s an easy one-pan version.

🍗 Easy Garlic Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) raw chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Pat the chicken dry and place it in a bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
Cook for about 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Check the thickest piece with a food thermometer. Chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
Let it rest for about 3 minutes, then serve.

Easy additions: Toss in sliced bell peppers, onions, zucchini, or broccoli while cooking.

⚠️ Keep raw chicken separate from ready-to-eat foods, wash hands and utensils after handling it, and don’t reuse the raw-chicken marinade unless you boil it first.
