Do you know these signs?

Yes. If you’re referring to the stroke warning signs we just discussed, the key ones are sudden:

  • Face drooping

  • Arm or leg weakness/numbness, especially on one side

  • Speech or understanding problems

  • Vision changes

  • Loss of balance or coordination

  • Severe, unusual headache

The important point is that these signs don’t reliably appear a month before a stroke. They can indicate a stroke or TIA when they occur suddenly, and even temporary symptoms require urgent medical attention.
