Just 1 tablespoon in the morning loosens “stuck stool” and reduces belly bloat!

If you’re referring to a health claim about “1 tablespoon every morning”, the ingredient matters. There isn’t one tablespoon-sized remedy that reliably loosens stuck stool and eliminates bloating for everyone.

For ordinary constipation, evidence-based approaches include:

  • Increase fiber gradually through vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, and other high-fiber foods.

  • Drink adequate fluids, especially when increasing fiber.

  • Stay physically active; regular walking can help bowel movements.

  • Don’t routinely ignore the urge to have a bowel movement.

  • If diet and lifestyle aren’t enough, a pharmacist or clinician can recommend an appropriate constipation treatment.

Be cautious with large amounts of oil, herbal mixtures, or concentrated supplements promoted as “natural colon cleansers.” They aren’t necessarily safer or more effective, and some can cause diarrhea, dehydration, electrolyte disturbances, or medication interactions.

When constipation needs medical attention

Seek medical care if constipation is persistent or accompanied by blood in the stool, unexplained weight loss, vomiting, severe or persistent abdominal pain, fever, or inability to pass gas.

If you tell me what the “1 tablespoon” ingredient is—olive oil, chia seeds, flaxseed, etc.—I can explain whether there’s evidence that it helps and how to use it safely.
