One vitamin that opens blood vessels and improves circulation

One Vitamin That Supports Healthy Blood Flow

Vitamin B3 (niacin) can affect blood vessels and, at prescription-level doses, can cause them to widen temporarily, leading to the familiar “niacin flush.”

However, niacin is not a general circulation booster, and high doses can cause side effects or liver damage. It should not be taken in large amounts without medical guidance.

For better circulation, regular physical activity, a balanced diet, healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and avoiding smoking are much more important.

There is no single vitamin that can safely “open” blocked arteries or fix poor circulation.
