Honestly, does anyone here actually eat Brussels sprouts?

Absolutely! 😄 Brussels sprouts get a bad reputation, but when they’re roasted properly, they can be surprisingly good.

Try this simple version:

  • Halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little garlic.
  • Roast at 425°F (220°C) until the edges are browned and crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a little balsamic vinegar.

The key is browning them instead of boiling them to death. 🥬🔥

And yes—Brussels sprouts are genuinely nutritious: they’re rich in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate.
