If you’re checking the claim “the most potent herb that destroys parasites, urinary tract and bladder infections, herpes, and flu viruses,” there is no single herb proven to do all of that in humans.
The claim combines several very different infections and makes the evidence sound much stronger than it is:
UTIs: Cranberry may modestly reduce the risk of recurrent UTIs in some women, but it does not treat an existing UTI.

Flu: The NIH says there is currently no strong scientific evidence that any natural product is useful against influenza.

Herpes: No herb has been established as a cure that eliminates herpes viruses from the body.
Parasites: Treatment depends on which parasite is present; different parasites require different, specific therapies.
Also, “natural” doesn’t necessarily mean safe. Herbal supplements can interact with medications and may have safety or contamination concerns.

Bottom line: Be very skeptical of any product claiming that one herb can “destroy” parasites, bacterial UTIs, herpes, and influenza all at once. If you tell me the name of the herb being promoted in this claim, I can check its actual evidence and safety.
