That headline is misleading. There is no single herb proven to “destroy” parasites, urinary/bladder infections, herpes, and flu viruses in people.

UTIs/bladder infections: bacterial UTIs may require antibiotics; delaying appropriate treatment can allow an infection to progress to the kidneys. CDC
