If You Always Sleep on Your Right Side, Should You Be Worried?
For most healthy adults, no. Sleeping on your right side is generally a normal and safe sleep position. There is no need to force yourself to sleep on your left side unless a particular health condition makes it more comfortable or beneficial.

One important exception is acid reflux. Research suggests that sleeping on the left side can reduce nighttime reflux compared with sleeping on the right side.

So, if you sleep comfortably on your right side and don’t have symptoms, you don’t need to change your sleeping position simply because of a viral health claim.
