One month before a stroke, your body sends you a warning: 10 signs you can’t ignore.

“One Month Before a Stroke”: What You Should Really Know

The claim that your body reliably sends 10 warning signs exactly one month before a stroke is misleading. A stroke can happen suddenly, without a month-long warning period.

However, some people experience a transient ischemic attack (TIA) beforehand. A TIA produces temporary stroke-like symptoms and is an important warning that a stroke may follow.
