If you’re referring to a viral health claim, a daily spoonful of a particular food is not proven to “clean arteries”. Arterial plaque doesn’t get washed away by a food or drink.
Some foods can nevertheless support cardiovascular health. For example, extra-virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, oats, beans, vegetables, and fruit can be part of a heart-healthy dietary pattern. Soluble fiber from oats and similar foods can modestly lower LDL cholesterol when consumed in sufficient amounts.

If the mystery ingredient in the claim is flaxseed, chia seeds, olive oil, honey, garlic, or something else, tell me which one and I can explain what a daily spoonful can—and cannot—actually do.
