Laundry as white and pure as milk: you only need this ingredient

Laundry as White and Pure as Milk: Try This Ingredient 🧺✨

If your whites have become dull or yellowed, oxygen bleach (sodium percarbonate) is one of the most useful laundry boosters to try. It releases oxygen in water, helping break down stains and brighten fabric without the harshness of chlorine bleach.

How to use it
Check the garment’s care label first.
Add the manufacturer-recommended amount of oxygen bleach along with your normal detergent.
Use the warmest water the fabric safely allows; oxygen bleach generally works better in warm water.
For stubborn yellowing, a presoak can give the product more time to work.
Wash normally and rinse thoroughly.

Important: Don’t assume every white fabric can be bleached. Wool, silk, some synthetics, and fabrics containing elastane may be damaged.

And never mix bleach products with ammonia or other cleaners—dangerous fumes can result.

Bottom line: For routine whitening, oxygen bleach is a safer, gentler choice than chlorine bleach for many washable fabrics, but the clothing-care label and product directions should always come first.
