Didn’t realize I’ve been doing it wrong the entire time! Gonna try this tonight

If you’re talking about changing your sleeping position, give it a try—but don’t feel that you’ve been doing something “wrong.” There usually isn’t one universally correct sleeping position.

Choose the position that:

  • Keeps your neck and spine comfortable

  • Doesn’t worsen shoulder, hip, or back pain

  • Doesn’t aggravate acid reflux

  • Lets you breathe comfortably and sleep through the night

If a new position causes pain, numbness, or worse sleep, there’s no need to force it.
